1.   What happens to my booking if it is cancelled due to bad weather or technical issues?

We will try to give you as much advance notice as possible if we believe your sailing might be delayed or cancelled – this will be via email and Facebook

  • If your sailing is cancelled you will be sent an email advising of the cancellation, you should also receive an SMS/text message

  • We will issue a refund for the cancelled sailing

  • You can make a booking for another date using the link in the cancellation email

  • If you have booked a return and the first leg is cancelled, the return trip will not be automatically cancelled/refunded unless you request cancellation and refund via the link in the cancellation email
